All GPP/SPP training provided is used to condition athletes at the top of their game it is the methodology of the world's top S&C coaches in the sport of mixed martial arts, boxing and many other sports that have multiple physiological requirements.

All methodology and principles of training are approved by UKSCA 

8, 10 & 12 weeks of fight camp conditioning both in person (1.2.1) or by online supervision with zoom or other media platforms, or a combined 1.2.1 and online coaching with a variety of packages available to suit.
